Most of our projects are between $15k-$45k. This price range typically will buy you a small-medium sized Custom Deck, and or Patio Cover.
We do also have larger and more detailed projects that can range from $75k-$200k., and up.
However, the cost is entirely dependent on the Material choice, and Difficulty of the project itself.

This company was founded by Jacob Grade in 2022.
We are Outdoor living space specialists, based out of Tacoma, WA. From Custom Decks, Gazebos, Bars, and Patio covers, to entire Outdoor living space builds.
We come from a long line of hardworking Men/Women that believe in Quality coming first.

Our Process
1. Price: We start by providing an estimate (completely free) for your project.
2. Design: It is crucial we capture all elements of your project in a 3D rendering so you know what you're having built.
3. Permits. If a permit is required, we take care of the entire process.
4. Once everything is finalized on paper, it's time for us to Build!
